San Diego native and Brooklyn transplant, Keomi Tarver is a dynamic performer, Artistic Holistic Healer and Divine and Spiritual dancer . She began training at the age of 12 and is skilled in Modern Dance, West African, Hip Hop, and interpretive dance. Throughout the last decade, Keomi Tarver has performed on stages for more than 20,000 people at Amber Rose's 2017 Festival, led private classes with celebrity clients including supermodel, Ashley Graham, taught dance classes for brands such as Nordstrom and Aerie and has delivered over 100 workshops across the country. Keomi has also showcased her work on various stages and respected institutions including San Diego City College, San Diego State University, Yale University, the Brooklyn Museum of Art and SummerStage.

In 2014, Keomi wrote, choreographed, and directed “Love & War.” Infused with dance and poetry, “Love & War” welcomed the vulnerability and work that love and war can bring to the surface, leaving us exposed and, eventually, free. Since 2016, Keomi has created films, “Superpower”, “Pray You Catch Me”, “Praise Is Who I Am”, and her latest show, “Black Girl Bloom'', multi-media performances and films about the power of choice and duality.

Keomi is the Founder and Master Facilitator of AbunDANCE with Keomi®, which serves a global community of teen and adult performers, wellness enthusiasts, and corporate partners through wellness retreats, private sessions, and customized learning experiences. Her art expands and transforms ways of thinking and living and encourages her community to heal, create, live, and love abundantly. She is known for her strong and unapologetic movements, her transparency, and her joy. Her purpose is to remind others how valuable and beautiful they have always been.
